When you book your Intro to Barbell Clinic with a friend you'll save $100. The Intro Barbell Clinic is designed to turn new trainees into confident, capable, self-sufficient lifters. In this private, 1-hour session, you’ll learn everything you need to know to begin strength training effectively, including in-depth instruction on the basic barbell exercises, programming strategies, proper nutrition, gym etiquette, safety and more. WHO IS THIS FOR? If you are serious about starting your strength journey, working alongside of a strength coach will ensure you start your strength training journey in a meaningful way. WHAT'S COVERED? This 1-hour private course teaches you how to safely and effectively perform the basic barbell lifts. You will receive detailed coaching on how to perform the squat the deadlift and the press and will guide through the fundamentals of barbell training. You will learn how to warm up, pick your starting weights and learn how to arrange all of this into a program that will help make you happy, healthy, and strong. You will also learn about: - Effective program strategies - General nutrition for strength training - Gym etiquette + attire - Equipment recommendations AGENDA - Review your specific goals - Discuss current lifestyle habits - Review medical history - Consult on optimal schedule to balance recovery and training - How-to perform squat, bench press, press, and deadlift - Education on weight room safety and etiquette GOALS My goal, by the end of this course, is to make sure that you have a clear understanding of my approach to strength training and are positioned to be able to confidently commit to begin your journey to a stronger, healthier life.
Cancellation Policy
For single-session bookings - Payment for service must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment shall be made at the time of booking to reserve the session. A session will not be reserved until full payment has been received. For membership services - Payment for membership services must either be paid in full or paid through bi-weekly installments. Classic Barbell will bill the credit card on file monthly or bi-weekly based on your order date and payment plan. By subscribing to our service you are agreeing to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for an indefinite period of time until cancelled by you or us. You will not receive any advance notice of this payment. It is your responsibility to maintain current, valid payment information with Classic Barbell. If your automatic recurring payment is declined, you will be contacted by phone or email. If we cannot contact you we cannot guarantee access to your programming. PARTICIPATION The decision for the Client to participate in the program is their decision alone. If the Client fails to attend a scheduled training session, or is more than 15 minutes late for that session, the session may not be made up or rescheduled for any reason. Client may reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. After 24 hours, the session may not be made up or rescheduled for any reason. All sales are final. There are no refunds issued for training or training related services. Unused training sessions expire after 30 days from the time of booking or the start of the training plan. Private sessions expire after 6 weeks from the start of the training plan. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations of a training session must be at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancelled training sessions must be re-scheduled and made up within the current membership month or they will be forfeited. Members have the ability to select, change, or cancel membership services anytime at their own discretion.
